    ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE AND VEGAN FRIENDLY?

    Our pressed glitters are gluten free, vegan friendly, non-toxic, paraben free and formaldehyde free. All of our other products listed on Prima Makeup are vegan and cruelty free. If you have a specific allergy and want to know a full list of ingredients then please message us and we will get back to you.

     DO YOU TEST YOUR PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS? 

    We do not test any of our products on animals and we ensure that all of our ingredients used are also not tested on animals. We are proud to be a cruelty-free, PETA registered brand.

     HOW DO I APPLY PRIMA PRESSED GLITTER?

    Our cosmetic grade pressed glitters have a built-in adhesive with a beautiful creamy consistency.  Many people have not worked with this type of product before and we are frequently asked questions about how to apply it.      ARE YOUR PRESSED GLITTERS SAFE TO USE ON EYES AND LIPS? 

    All of our glitters are made with premium quality cosmetic grade glitter, which is safe to use on your skin and lips. So go ahead, apply lavishly and sparkle away! 

     While cosmetic glitter is widely used in the cosmetic industry, it is not FDA approved.

     I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN, CAN I STILL USE YOUR PRODUCTS?

    Here at Prima, all of our products are non-toxic and we use as many natural ingredients as we can.

     However, we recognise that everyone is different, so we do always advise a patch test 48 hours before you wish to apply our products. If your skin does suffer irritation, rinse off immediately. If any product goes in your eye, rinse it thoroughly.  Always wipe off our products after use. 

     

    ORDERING AND SHIPPING 

    You will receive a confirmation email when your order is complete. Your tracking information will be sent via email when your order has been processed. 

    Prima Makeup generally takes 2-3 business days to process orders in our Distribution Center, but there are rare occasions during periods of heavy order volume when processing can take a little longer. Find out more here. 

    If you have not received your order confirmation please check your junk mail. If still not received please contact Customerservice@primamakeup.com.

    ORDER NOT RECEIVED

    We will do our best to get your products to you at your earliest convenience, if your order has not reached you within 14 days of processing, please email customerservice@primamakeup.com with the subject line: ORDER NOT RECEIVED. Please include your order number so we can assist you. Please expect a delay in shipping during peak periods including launches and our Black Friday Weekend promotions.


    FREE STANDARD SHIPPING OVER £35
    We offer free standard shipping on international orders over £35.00 before tax (with certain exclusions). Please note this does not include any taxes, duties or fees applied to your shipment.

    ORDER CANCELLATION 

    As you are a consumer and have made an order on-line you may, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, cancel your order and obtain a refund (or exchange) within 14 working days from delivery.

    Within the order packaging, you will find a Packing Form with details of your order. 

    Unless the goods are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning them to us. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you do so (in case you need to show you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel). 

    If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (including the initial standard delivery charge, but not the additional cost of any premium delivery option that was chosen) within 14 days after the day on which we receive the Products back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the Products back to us, provided that you have returned the goods to us within 14 working days of delivery to you or your notifying us of cancellation.

    Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit or Paypal account card used.

    We will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

    Your right to return goods does not apply to goods

    1. made to your specification or
    2. where sealed goods have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.
    SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS 

    Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or FPO & APO addresses.
    If your chosen delivery address is a Shop & Ship Address, please note we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your order after it has been signed for at your Shop & Ship address.

    RETURNS POLICY

    STANDARD RETURNS 

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at customerservice@hudabeauty.com with your order number.  

    In addition to the rights described above (and in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), if the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. Please contact us at customerservice@primamakeup.com with your order number.  Please note shipping charges will not be refunded.

    For the return or exchange of Prima Makeup products purchased from any other authorised retailer please contact your retailer directly. 

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

    The international returns process varies between countries, we will inform you of the next steps upon receipt of your email. 

    DAMAGED ITEMS 

    If your items are received damaged, please send a photo with the damaged item along with your order number to customerservice@primamakeup.com with the subject line: DAMAGED. This should be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
